The view of the Empire State Building from our room was stunning, creating a memorable backdrop for our stay. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby and rooms, truly stood out, making us feel comfortable and safe.
The pillows were not as comfortable as we hoped, which affected our sleep quality.

The room was spacious and comfy, with a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. Honestly, it felt great to unwind in such a cozy spot after walking around the city. The quiet heating system was a major win—thank you for that! However, I did think the bathroom could use some updating for better accessibility.

Awesome views and comfy stay
We had an amazing five nights here. The room was super spacious with two comfy queen beds, and waking up to the Empire State Building view was just epic! The staff were friendly, and the breakfast options were solid. The only thing was the elevator was kinda slow at times since we were on the 9th floor.

During my stay, I discovered some epic local eats. The NoMad Restaurant was a culinary gem just a hop away, and Broadway Pizza was a must-try for some killer slices. My room, the Deluxe King Renovated room, was spacious and comfy. Plus, the staff made the experience even better!
Would've preferred traditional coffee instead of the Nescafe provided in the room. And the body wash and lotions? Not exactly a delightful scent—let's just say a fragrance reboot wouldn’t hurt.

We had an awesome stay in a spacious, comfortable room with a great view. The location was perfect for exploring NYC, being right in the midst of the action. Our teens loved the atmosphere, and we took advantage of the nearby restaurants every night.
My children wished there were soundproof rooms to help reduce the noise from the street. It was a bit loud at night, which made sleeping a challenge after long days of exploring.

I spent 5 nights in a Deluxe Two Queen room and loved the view overlooking the Empire State Building. I really enjoyed relaxing at the coffee station on the 4th floor and having the option to unwind while taking a short stroll nearby. The only downside was the outside noise in the evenings, but it didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊
